Social and Domestic Funding Request

We do ask anyone who considers applying for a funding request to read through our About Us page to find out more about the club and why we do what we do.

If you wish to make a funding request for a person requiring social care assistance or are person requesting assistance of an essential appliance or piece of furniture please fill in the form below.

This can be filled in by either the person benefitting from the grant or by a social worker on behalf of the beneficiary.

We kindly ask the person applying to only request essential homeware (such as fridge/ freezer, washing machine or a bed etc..). All applications are subject to situation and funding availability.
